Housing Services - Competence and Conduct
Have your say on our new Staff Code of Conduct
We’re committed to providing high-quality services and making sure that everyone who works with you does so in a professional, respectful, and accountable way. As part of this, we are introducing a set of standards aimed at meeting the Regulator of Social Housing’s Competence and Conduct Standard.
This national standard sets clear expectations for how housing staff should behave and the skills they should have. It focuses on things like treating tenants with respect, being honest and transparent, having the right knowledge to do their job well, and putting tenants at the heart of what we do.
To support this, we are developing a new Staff Code of Conduct Charter. This charter will set out the behaviours and standards you can expect from our staff day to day. Importantly, this has already been drafted in partnership with tenants — but we want to hear from more of you to make sure it truly reflects your expectations.
Your feedback is really important. By completing this short survey, you will help shape the final version of the charter and influence how services are delivered in the future.
Please take a few minutes to share your views — your voice will make a difference.

Take our survey and tell us what you think
Please take a look at the attached draft Charter and then tell us what you think.
The survey ask for you views on various aspects of our proposed charter, which has been drafted with tenants from our Tenant Involvement Group and based on the experience of tenants who have given us feedback.
