Lymington and Pennington Neighbourhood Plan
New Forest District Council and New Forest National Park Authority are formally and jointly consulting on the draft Lymington and Pennington Neighbourhood Plan, which has been submitted to both authorities (as the designated Neighbourhood Area includes land within both administrative areas)
In accordance with Regulation 16 of the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations this is a final consultation opportunity to comment on the Neighbourhood Plan before both the Neighbourhood Plan and the representations made are considered by an independent examiner. If approved by a public referendum, the Neighbourhood Plan would become part of the development plan for the Lymington and Pennington area.
The consultation commences on Friday 18 April 2025 and responses must be received no later than 5:00pm on Friday 30 May 2025.
