The redevelopment of Testwood Club has provided New Forest District Council with the opportunity to provide new, modern, energy efficient homes on the site.
This scheme is part of the wider corporate Housing Strategy to provide more affordable homes across the district and is the first to be built to the government’s proposed 2025 Future Homes Standard reducing New Forest District’s carbon footprint and providing more energy efficient dwellings to reduce tenant energy costs.
