Having been built to the proposed Future Homes Standard all of the homes benefit from energy efficient and carbon reducing measures including air source heat pumps for heating, solar PV panels, triple glazing, increased insulation, and electric vehicle charging points. The scheme also incorporates wild meadow planting, a range of ecological enhancements for bees, birds and hedgehogs, and an area of public open space.
